Dinner: Shrimp with lemon and ramp* butter sauce, caprese pasta salad
Summer came today, early and temporary, but it was definitely too hot to use the oven. *My first time cooking with ramps. They are so delicious; onion-like, but with specific tang. I bought two bunches. Expect them to make an appearance in a quiche later this week.
Its a shame that I’m allergic to shrimp. .__.
